  The textbook has a very nice material on https://www.statlearning.com/. Under "Resources -> Online Course", you can reach to the "In-depth introduction to machine learning in 15 hours of expert videos", where you have lots of material as well as video lectures. I will try to have a link to many of those videos on this course website as well.
